Handles a variety of administrative & accounting support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting rooms and providing admin support to the CEO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
• IT Services point of contact.
• Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Scanning and filing documents in company system accurately.
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
• Managing the company shared refrigerators on a weekly basis.
• Miscellaneous administrative support for CEO.
• Manage DocuSign for Board Member’s, Customers & Investors.
• Oversee company lunches and holiday parties.
• Plan for lunches and beverages if/when customers or suppliers are visiting.
• Orders and maintains companies logo apparel.
