1997 subaru outback limited - $1,200 (Wapato)

Im selling my 1997 subaru outback 2.
5 DOHC it has 207,000 miles new waterpump and timing kit installed at 181,000 miles runs and drives but recently started to want to get hot on me there is no water in oil so not sure whats going on and I have no time to mess with it I'm asking $1200.
