We are passionate about creating value and improving people’s lives *Job Summary:* This role is responsible for supporting Human Resource by directing and coordinating administrative functions of the organization such as, maintaining records and information, screening applications and provide clerical support.

· Passion: We earnestly care about outcomes and perceptions of others *Job Duties/Responsibilities:* * Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed * Filing paperwork away * Take and deliver messages * Sign in visitors * Hand out vest and badges to visitors * Screen applications * Listen to voicemails daily, relay messages to supervisors and Human Resources * Update, delete voicemails as needed * Print new hire paperwork and applications * Organize new hire paperwork * Fill out I9's and W4's (new hire paperwork) * Maintain employee records * Support Human Resources by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information * Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
* keep Human Resource information confidential * Other duties may be assigned *Education & Experience: * · Associates degree · 2 to 3 years of clerical experience *Pre-Employment Requirements:* · Drug test & background check required *Certificates & Licenses:* *Equipment/Technology Skills:* · Working knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, accounting software, internet software · General office equipment, strong ability in typing and 10-key *Physical Abilities:* · Ability to occasionally perform various activities that require, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, pulling/pushing objects, grasp & reach · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer · Ability to speak clearly & communicate with others · Must have good vision · Ability to occasionally lift 20 lbs.
