POSITION: Guest Services Representative (GSR)
Evergreen Beauty College is growing and looking to add new team members to our Guest Services Department.
This position is full time, Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
What Does Being Our Guest Services Representative (GSR) Require?
We are looking for someone who can make connections with students, guests, industry professionals, and staff.
What You Will Bring to Our Team:
Conveys professional image in dress, appearance and mannerisms as you will be representing the beauty industry
Works well in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects going simultaneously
Great deal of attention devoted to building and maintaining relationships
Warm, empathetic, energetic, helpful, and friendly
Computer literate, guest reception, appointment booking, excellent customer service and cash handling
Ability to upsell and rebook clients for future appointments
Highly collaborative position working with student, clients and staff
Able to lead by example
