Job Description:
• Manage incoming customer orders
• Ensure orders are placed in a timely and accurate fashion
• Manage all aspects of order fulfillment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met
• Meet and exceed high-speed delivery expectations
• Perform inventory control procedures to include order allocation, cycle counting, etc
• Use independent judgement and decision making to ensure operations and quality of service are met
• Manage supplier and vendor communication
Qualifications:
• Previous order management experience
• Ability to navigate a computer and various software systems well
• Data entry and keyboard skills are highly desired
• Must be able to work scheduled hours, flexible hours during peak seasons
• Strong work ethic and focus, with desire to learn and take pride in work
• Desire to work in fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs on a regular basis
•Industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
