Essential Job Functions: A.
Participate in ESD selected work and trainings on mentoring/coaching and teamwork.
B.
Design and implement regional reading teacher, coach, and librarian trainings.
C.
Demonstration lessons in scientifically research-based programs and strategies on-site and via zoom.
D.
Maintain timely technical assistance to assigned schools within the Innovative Approaches to Literacy grant.
E.
Lead reading, coaching, and reading leadership presentations for teachers and school staff and share scientifically research-based information.
F.
Align and coordinate on-site work with other literacy efforts.
G.
Collaborate with the ESD 105 team and school staff to ensure all grant goals, timelines, and requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
H.
Create and design Literacy lessons for out of school programming.

Qualifications: Required Education and Experience 1.
