Minimum Qualifications
Masters in Environmental Studies (M.
A.
or M.

), Environmental Science (M.

), or related field (Anthropology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Geography, Geology, Political Science, Resource Management, or Sociology).
Experience with teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.
D.
in Environmental Studies, Environmental Science or related field (Anthropology, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Geography, Geology, Political Science, Resource Management, or Sociology).
University teaching experience.
Willingness to teach online.

The minimum remuneration for the non-tenure-track titles for the 2022-2023 academic year will be as follows:
(a) Lecturer: $1,110 per workload unit for faculty with terminal degrees; $887
per workload unit for faculty without terminal degrees.
(b) Senior Lecturer: $1,221 per workload unit for faculty with terminal
degrees; $975 per workload unit for faculty without terminal degrees.

Additional Information: This announcement will be used to develop a pool of applicants for positions in the Environmental Studies Program through March 2024.
There is a possibility that selected applicants may be called on short notice to fill lecturer vacancies on a quarter-by-quarter basis.
Screening of applications begins immediately and will continue as needed.
The number of lecturer positions filled varies from quarter to quarter, depending upon the needs of the department.
Positions typically start at the beginning of an academic quarter.
Your application will be maintained in this pool for consideration through March 2024.
