```Duties```
- Assist attorneys in managing legal cases, including conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather information relevant to cases
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible
- Utilize document management systems to track and manage case documents
- Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and administrative agencies
- Coordinate with other legal professionals, such as court reporters and expert witnesses, as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of legal case management procedures and practices
- Excellent interviewing skills to effectively gather information from clients and witnesses
- Proficient in conducting legal research using various resources, such as Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw
- Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with document management systems for efficient handling of case documents
- Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Ability to review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Knowledge of document review processes to assist attorneys in preparing for trials or hearings
