*What’s In It for You?* * *Base Compensation: *We expect our leaders to become our partners.
As such, our leading attorneys are compensated like partners and have an objective partnership track.
Associate attorneys receive a percentage of collected billed hours.
Leaders—like you—receive an additional percentage *of the entire office gross* revenue.
Your annual monetary compensation would be at least $150,000 if you hit your marks, and we would expect *$200,000+* annually.
* *Bonuses: *Exceptional productivity will make you eligible for objective bonuses in addition to base pay * *Education: *We provide in-house CLE plus we pay for approved external CLE.

* *Fun:* Firm activities, outings and retreats * *Investments: *401k with a match * *Benefits:* Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance * *Work Style: *Hybrid in office/remote work model *Responsibilities:* * Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients * Help develop and train in innovative strategies to streamline and improve the divorce process * Maintain excellent client relationships by providing compassionate support during emotionally challenging times * Lead, coach and mentor other attorneys in the office, including helping measure and watch KPIs and coaching other attorneys * Participate in firm-wide management meetings and leadership initiatives *Qualifications:* * A passion for family law and a strong desire to improve the divorce practice in Washington State * Proven leadership capabilities * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active membership in the Washington State Bar Association * Experience in the mediation, arbitration and the courtroom, including successfully managing cases through trial * The demonstrated ability to think and work tactically * A proven ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines * An innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge traditional practices and explore new approaches *Our Community:* Yakima is at the heart of Washington's fruit growing orchard country.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.
