```Duties```
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Review and organize documents for discovery and trial preparation
- Maintain case files and document management systems
- Schedule appointments, meetings, case deadlines, and court hearings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Prepare correspondence and draft legal documents
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
```Experience```
- Minimum of years of experience as a legal assistant or in a related field
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PDF Software
- Writing and communicating in Spanish/English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
