*Responsibilities:*
* Assist attorneys in all phases of workers compensation litigation, from case inception to resolution
* Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation
* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
* Review and analyze medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
* Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files
* Maintain case files and document management systems
*Experience:*
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers compensation law
* Proficient in legal administrative tasks and procedures
* Strong research skills using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
* Ability to negotiate, write, and research effectively
* Familiarity with the litigation process and legal drafting

The firm offers ten (10) paid holidays and four (4) half day holidays.
Employees have 80 hours of sick leave each calendar year and accrue vacation at a rate of 3.
36 hours per pay-period.
