Missing dog $ 300 reward (Wishram)

Our dogs got out of yard on the 16th and found one of them the next morning.
The other one is still missing he is a husky mix we have checked all around in town and outside of town with no sing of him.
Within 20 min of them being out we searched and he was no where to be seen it's a small community and no one has seen him we think someone had to of picked him up.
