Found Cat: Black and Brown Stripes, White Belly and Legs (West Valley near Englewood and N 74th Ave)

This active and friendly kitty has been wandering our neighborhood for awhile (75th Ave and Viewcrest Way near Englewood).
We first saw him yesterday, but a young neighbor girl on the next street over said he showed up by their driveway a couple weeks ago (not sure how good she is at telling how much time has passed).
He is super friendly and keeps trying to get into people's houses and garages.
He is good with children and seems healthy.
No collar though and doesn't appear neutered to me.
Hoping he has a family out there who loves him and is looking for him, as he is super sweet and he's anxious to get back inside a house.
