```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation planning.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse management systems to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of goods and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to improve inventory control and accuracy.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with purchasing department to manage stock levels and make informed buying decisions.
