We are seeking a *Director of Field Services *to join our team based in Yakima, WA.
The person in this role will lead in all aspects of overall farm success.

*Job Duties/Responsibilities*
· Safety Programs/Compliance
· Management and oversight of Food Safety Lead
· Engagement with site managers and workforce
· Assisting Farm Operations Manager with the day to management of farms
·· IT interface/ liaison between IT team and various farm site locations and managers
· Capital expenditure project oversite
· Special projects lead
· Inventory management
· Ordering and procurement
· Lead farm special projects
· Management of CDL program
· Management of internal farm database
· Payroll interface
· Ag tech champion
· ApRecs management/chemical ordering
*Qualifications*
· Experience in agricultural industry
· Bilingual, English/Spanish
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Interpersonal problem-solving skills.
· Passion and determination to succeed.

The candidate must have knowledge of the following software:

*Schedule*
Monday through Friday and many weekends during peak times/needs (harvest).
