Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and efficient operation
- Manage and train hotel staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
Skills:
- Strong human resources skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
- Proven experience in supervising staff in a hospitality setting
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management principles
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire employees towards achieving organizational goals
- Proficiency in front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest services
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with guests from different backgrounds
