The Repack Flex Floor Lead is an essential part of the repack team, which must demonstrate positive leadership abilities.
This individual is responsible for accurate inventory management, controlling fruit losses, ensuring customer specifications are adhered too and meeting shipment times on all orders received.
*Responsibilities*
* Team player/maintain a positive, professional attitude.
* Understands their example is crucial to team development.
* Hold crew accountable to Allan Brother’s policies and procedures.
* Maintain high crew moral.
* Fill out and organize basic paperwork.
* Oversee accuracy of inventory.
* Oversee, identify and communicate concerns with fruit quality and packaging.
* Prioritize orders based on appointments, exports and or hauls.
* Training of new employees.
* Assist other shift leads as needed.
* Assist in sorting fruit.
* Strive to find means of continuous improvement in daily work.
* Other as requested by Repack Supervisor and/or Production Manager.
*Skills*
· Leadership
· Computer (Moderate)
· Transactional work (Moderate)
· Attention to detail and organized.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to become Forklift Certified.
*Experience*
· Leadership: 1 year (Preferred)
*Schedule*
· Swing shift
· Night shift (when applicable)
· Monday- Saturday
