What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor? Supervisors for our outpatient programs is responsible for both providing mental health therapy to clients and managing the outpatient services team.
The Supervisor utilizes evidence-based practices to provide clients and their families with support in learning new skills and connecting to community resources.
Counseling and skill development may be provided through individual or group sessions, depending on need.
In addition to providing direct treatment, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all program staff and providing clinical supervision.
The Supervisor also monitors team productivity and program census, timely & thorough completion of clinical documentation, clients’ treatment progress, and access to care within the program.
This position is a great opportunity for an experienced therapist to begin transitioning into a management role while continuing to provide clinical services.
We currently have two Clinical Supervisor positions available in our Yakima outpatient clinic.
One will serve our adult outpatient team, which treats individuals aged 18 and older with a variety of mental health diagnoses.
The other will serve our Community Support Services team, which treats adults with severe and persistent mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders who require ongoing support and treatment.
