*Human Resources Manager – CPC International Apple Co & Pacific Ag Services Inc.
* The responsibilities of this job description include managing & supervising a comprehensive human resources services and programs organization-wide, working with subordinate supervisors and/or individual contributors, in coordination with our greater human resources management support team.
Oversee all the company's human resources matters including employee policies, employee benefits, hiring processes & procedures, discrimination complaints, unemployment hearings, H2A, L&I matters, FMLA, PFML, and oversee investigations related to human resources issues.
This position will report directly to both the President and the CEO of the companies.
*Examples of Duties* This individual will be responsible for performing the following duties: * Provide overall direction for the integration of sound human resources practices and strategic plans for the company, building relationships and networks at all levels as a valued and trusted HR partner.
* Consult with leadership and counsel to continue to evolve and monitor various employee policies and mitigate risk.
* Act as strategic human resources advisor for the agency's senior leadership team.
* Collaborate closely with the Food Safety Manager and the Compliance Manager to ensure integration of policies and procedures align across all departments of the companies.
* Identify, research, and implement new federal, state, and local laws or regulations that impact our employee base and ensure compliance.
* Assess, and in consultation with leadership, resolve employee relations issues objectively, interpreting employment law and HR policies and practices to reduce liability and ensure consistency and compliance.
* Provide leadership across the warehouse & major farming districts (4) to ensure the support team is consistently following & documenting the most current policies & procedures.
* Help to train and support various team members in HR processes and policies, including both our warehouse and orchard workforces (including H2A program as well as domestic workers).
* Apply for H2A contracts * Consult with an employment attorney to manage requests for accommodations (Americans with Disabilities Act, religious, and others as applicable by law) to ensure adherence with all federal, state, and local regulations.
* Act as spokesperson for organizational issues, policy, and human resources service delivery goals and objectives.
* Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies in today’s dynamic and constricted labor market.
* Perform other duties as required.
*Knowledge/Skills* Ability to effectively engage in and sustain relationships with all employees Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy Knowledge and demonstrated experience in: employee relations, employment and labor law, compensation, staffing and employment, training and development, performance coaching and management, employee relations and organizational development Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, and influencing skills Ability to prepare clear and concise reports and deliver formal presentations or training Ability to cultivate and build a pipeline of talent *Education and Experience Requirements* Necessary to be bilingual in English/Spanish Bachelor's degree and/or any combination of education and progressive human resources leadership experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position.
Experience in managing, coaching and training employees.

*Licensing and Other Requirements* Valid Washington State Driver License or the ability to travel throughout the state in a timely fashion.
*Benefits* Full time – in person position salary DOE range of $85K-95K SES Retirement Plan Health Insurance – Regence Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.
