Position Overview As the Medical Office Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our center in Ellensburg.
You will oversee administrative functions, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care in alignment with our organization's mission and values.

Oversee client intake processes, including registration, insurance verification, and authorization coordination.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient scheduling and coordinate treatment plans.
Handle inquiries from clients, families, and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Enthusiastically implement and enforce office policies, procedures, and protocols to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications Qualifications: Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical office management or healthcare administration, preferably in an ABA therapy setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, insurance billing processes, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Proficiency in office software applications, electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and billing software.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
