Production Manager (Yakima)
Intermountain West Insulation’s Yakima branch seeks an experienced Production Manager to join our team.
This position is accountable for assisting and overseeing the daily production operations of our crews.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling crews each day for insulation job assignments
Dispatching crews and communicating with teams as needed
Overseeing and coordinating vehicle deployment
Communicating with customers
Overseeing inventory/materials
Management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established
Required skills/attributes:
Attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Basic mechanical skills
Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
)
Ability to think independently and plan ahead
Can effectively communicate job expectations (planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions)
Clearly communicate customer issues with team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
Proficient in written and verbal English skills.
Bilingual a plus.
