Bluewhite is seeking a passionate, Regional Operations Manager to join our US team & help build a world leading brand in autonomous technology and 21st century farming.
Pay scale for this position is $90 - $140k per year, DOE.

Responsibilities 1.
Operational Leadership: Region operation manager will be the direct supervisor of all Team Leaders and provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations teams across all farms in the region.
Set clear performance expectations, establish KPIs, and track progress towards operational goals.
2.
Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across all farms in the region.
Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective measures as needed.
3.
Product expert: Possess an expert-level understanding of Bluewhite system, encompassing both hardware and software components.
Demonstrate proficiency in implementation, operation, and troubleshooting.
4.
Work alongside the customer and maintain strong relationships and understanding their workplan goals to ensure high quality operations on the farm, while utilizing Bluewhite autonomous systems.
5.
Technology Integration: Oversee the successful integration and utilization of our technological product within region.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and troubleshoot any technological issues.
6.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team capable of efficiently utilizing our technological.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
7.
Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and supplies, to meet client expectations.
Implement efficient resource utilization strategies to maximize productivity.
8.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: - Conduct regular performance assessments, analyze operational data, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
Provide actionable insights to drive operational improvements and efficiencies.
9.
Continuous Improvement: - Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements, cost-saving measures, and innovative technologies to enhance farm operations.
Regularly monitor the system's performance and identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in agricultural operations management, preferably with a focus on technology integration for 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of agricultural technology solutions and their application in farm operations.
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using relevant software tools.
- Ability to travel regularly within the region.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be flexible with schedule; able to work weekends and night shifts.
- Familiar with agricultural practices, crop types, and agricultural operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
