What We Offer $17.
98-$22/hour DOE with ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties Creates and maintains purchasing systems user profiles at the direction of PMM leadership.
Adds new items and maintains existing items in internal catalog and external vendor formularies.
Prepares various management reports as directed by PMM leadership.
Assists with updating and maintaining equipment inventory in Epicor.
Creates and assigns Maintenance Jobs in Epicor.
Processes vendors recall notices.
Processes return shipments of supplies to vendors.
Cleans warehouse and receiving workstation.
Accepts package shipments, verifies contents, documents and assists with resolving discrepancies.
Enters receipts in purchasing system.
Prepares supplies and equipment for delivery to sites.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education: High School or General Education Diploma (GED).
Associate's Degree or technical certificate for Administrative Assistant/Specialist preferred.
Experience: Two years’ experience in administration, bookkeeping, and/or materials management.
Professional Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Forklift Operator license or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required or Preferred: Basic proficiency in mathematical calculation and problem solving.
Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
Basic proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic proficiency with purchasing software preferred.
