MISSING GRAY TABBY CAT (West Valley)

I am missing a neutered male gray tabby cat.
He is a bit small, roughly 9-10 pounds.
Please help me keep an eye out for him.
He is very, very important to me as my mom and I got him together and she left him for me before she passed.
