HOME FEATURES:
Great location in the community of Desert Aire.
Easy 30-minute commute to Hanford or Wanapum Dam.
About an hour commute to Tri-Cities and Ellensburg.
This house is equipped to telecommute from a beautiful natural setting.
This is a shared living situation with 2 other roommates and me the owner.
I stay at this home in my RV with full access to all the home common areas.
My stay is part time mainly on weekends during spring-fall season.
My dog Henry joins me during my stay.
We are friendly, responsible and social but will respect your privacy and personal space.
Chances are you will rarely see us.
There is plenty of space for everyone.
Light chores and housekeeping efforts are required each month.
This home is non-smoking.
Illegal drug use is prohibited.
Alcohol use is ok.
No frequent overnight guests.

Electric service is split with all tenants.
