Need Dead Drill Press (Buena)

Looking for a non-working drill press.
I actually need everything but the top section.
In other words Post, Adjustable platform and base.
The heaver duty the better.
Will consider bench mount or full size.
Free would be nice though am willing to pay a fair price for right unit.
Closer to Yakima area the better, will travel reasonable distances.
