*Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team.
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
*Job Duties:* 1.
Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business planning and decision-making processes.

Develop and maintain financial models and tools to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights into key business drivers.
3.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
4.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), cost drivers, and revenue trends.
5.
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
6.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, working closely with department managers and finance team members.
7.
Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, conduct scenario analysis, and make recommendations to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
8.
Monitor and analyze industry and market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors to provide insights on potential impacts to the organization's financial position.
9.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and analysis.
10.
Maintain sanitary and safe work environment and follow safety requirements.
11.
May actively participate on company’s Safety Committee.
12.
Ensure that company safety policies as well as federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations are observed.
13.
Must have a complete understanding of company’s policies, SOPs, QPs, EPs, HACCP and cGMP that pertain to their department to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
14.
Must adhere to all company policies.
15.
Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
16.
Follow all SOPs in a given area.
17.
Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager and/or designee.
