What are we looking for in an Accounts Payable Clerk? As a member of our Finance department, the Accounts Payable Clerk assists with the management of Comprehensive’s purchasing system.
The Accounts Payable Clerk coordinates with vendors to ensure all invoices are paid accurately and timely, and verifies internal purchases and assigns charges to the correct budget.
This position is also responsible for assisting with the travel reimbursement process.
In order to succeed in this role, the Accounts Payable Clerk should have strong communication skills and knowledge of general finance & accounting principles.
Previous accounts payable experience is required.
