Kelleher Motor Company is looking to hire a Sales/Finance associate to join our small team.
The opportunity for growth at this dealership is hard to find in this industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources including the manufacturer.
• Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
• Closely monitor and mitigate chargebacks.
• Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.
• Understand and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance department.
• Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
, before forwarding to the Business Office.
• Trains the staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Works with sales staff and sales management to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Coordinates finance forecasting with sales department forecasting to achieve desired levels of penetration and income.
Prepares reports on finance penetration, as required.
• Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees.
• Trains backup to ensure continued efficiency and profitability in the F&I manager’s absence.
• Follow-up funding and collections of customer’s receivables in compliance with company standards.
• Provides enthusiastic and professional leadership
• Ensure customer’s complaints are handled tactfully, promptly resolving customer’s disputes and difficulties with professionalism and composure.
Refer any problems to supervisor.
• Other job duties as required.
Compensation:
Base + Commission type pay plan
