*Job Summary: *We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Accountant.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing full-cycle accounting duties: AP, AR, Payroll, and end-of-month close for an assisted living facility as well as the management company that owns the facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and proficiency in accounting software such as Excel and QuickBooks.
This position is full-time in person in Selah, WA starting in July 2024.
*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions on time
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
* Manage invoicing and back-end accounting
* Keep Quickbooks up to date
* Collect on outstanding payments and invoices
* Overseeing payroll activities and maintaining accurate records
*Requirements:*
* Local to the Saleh area or ability to commute, no relocation assistance is available
* Ability to demonstrate QuickBooks proficiency through a short assessment
* 5+ years of accounting experience (payroll, A/R, and AP)
* Prior experience with technology systems implementation is preferred
* Prior experience with budgeting and forecasting is preferred
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $65,000.
