The standard work schedule is Mon - Fri, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Duties/Responsibilities:
*Greet clients, visitors, and guests providing excellent, friendly customer service.
*Answer, screen and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedules appointments.
*Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
*Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
*Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond knowledge, forwards appropriate staff.
*Be the first line of contact to address customers’ questions, requests, problems and concerns.
*Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, customer account issues or comments.
*Perform basic financial transactions and record keeping such as taking customer payments and preparing bank deposits.
*Perform other related duties as assigned.
*Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
*Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
*Performs basic filing and record keeping.
Required Skills/Abilities:
*Excellent verbal communication skills.
*Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
*Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
*Ability to operate basic office machines and technology such as personal computers, printers, copiers, telephones, credit card machines, etc.
Education and Experience:
*High school diploma or equivalent required.
*One (1) or more years of customer service and/or front office clerical experience.
Physical Requirements:
*Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
*Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
