*Role Summary:* This role is responsible for supporting Human Resource by directing and coordinating administrative functions of the organization such as, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and information, screening applications and provide clerical support along with maintaining recruitment processes/HR functions.

*Job Duties Responsibilities * * Development and implementation of the recruitment process * Maintain hiring protocols and make sure all positions are filled in a timely manner for all departments * Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed * Filing paperwork away * Take and deliver messages * Sign in visitors * Hand out vest and badges to visitors * Screen applications and scheduling interviews * Listen to voicemails daily, relay messages to supervisors and Human Resources * Update, delete voicemails as needed * Print new hire paperwork and applications * Fill out I9 and W4 (New hire paperwork) * Organize new hire paperwork * Maintain employee records * Support Human Resources by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information * Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
* keep Human Resource information confidential * Other duties may be assigned *Education & Experience:* · Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent · Interpersonal and communication skills *Pre-Employment Requirements:* · Drug test & background check required *Certificates & Licenses:* · None *Equipment/Technology Skills:* · Reporting skills · Maintaining employee files · Dependability · Organization · Scheduling · Confidentiality · Orienting employees · Verbal communication · Teamwork · Great time management skills *Physical Abilities:* · Ability to frequently perform various activities that require; sitting, standing, walking, pulling/pushing objects, climbing, grasp & reach · Ability to move arms and hands at a rapid pace for long periods of time · Must have good vision, smell and hearing · Ability to coordinate eyes, hands, fingers, and feet accurately and handle precise movements · Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs.
