The position assists with staffing, client communications, inventory, audit procedures, and other day to day office items.
Requirements:
Experience as a coordinator or managerial skills
Bi-lingual in Spanish/English with the ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Coordinator responsibilities:
Generate new hire paperwork, worksheets, reports, etc.
Interviewing new potential employee
Answer telephones and correspond to emails
Check office supplies, stock and request needed supplies
Prepare Excel, Word, and PowerPoint documents for general company programs or meetings
Assist with Managing Schedules/Calendars
