Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Construction & Property Management
Job Overview: Full-time - Seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support construction project management and property management tasks in a busy office environment.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate construction project schedules and maintain documentation.
• Assist with property management tasks including lease administration and tenant communication.
• Handle general administrative duties such as phone calls, emails, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain organized filing systems and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• High school diploma; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior administrative experience, ideally in construction or property management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Trainable - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
