Position Summary: The Executive Sales and Marketing Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our sales and marketing team.
The Executive Sales and Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient operation of the sales and marketing departments by managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and assisting with various sales and marketing initiatives.
This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Primary Responsibilities: 50% Admin Support of VP and team Directors: Manages calendars and coordinates meetings Facilitates travel arrangements Completes expense reports Prepare and distribute sales and marketing materials, presentations, and reports Manage communication channels such as email, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the VP of Sales & Marketing, responding to inquiries and routing messages appropriately Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing departments, including filing, document management, and other ad hoc tasks 40% Marketing Assistance: Assist in the development and maintenance of the customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Customer Self Service Portal (CSSP).
Acts as assistant project manager for various department needs such as marketing campaigns, events, and promotions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, lead generation efforts, and sales enablement activities.
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events for the sales and marketing team, including agenda preparation, attendee coordination, and follow-up actions.
Assist with the creation and distribution of sales forecasts, performance reports, and other analytics to track progress against goals Ensures meetings are documented (minutes) and action items are tracked/carried to the next meeting Harvest coordination which includes visitor attendance and travel (occasionally), catering, reservations, “swag”, etc.
5%- Other duties as assigned.

Must be available and able to work during primary office hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, as well as availability for some extended evening and/or weekend hours during Harvest, special projects, and/or as agreed upon with supervisor 4.
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally/run errands frequently; potential infrequent long-distance travel in the future depending on business needs Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills required of the Position) Required (must have in order to be successful in role; without the qualification, applicant wouldn’t receive a phone interview during recruitment.
): Administrative/assistant experience on a marketing team and/or with sales and marketing responsibilities Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service through a variety of formats (phone, email, social media, etc.
) Proficient using CRM systems (e.

, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite Success working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented position with many priorities requiring a positive attitude and flexibility Preferred (the “nice to haves”; without it, won’t prevent from being successful and/or can train person to learn “it”): 1.
Bachelor’s degree in business admin, marketing, or a related field 2.
Experience editing and maintaining SharePoint 3.

Pay: $44,800 to $67,200 per year with a target starting salary of $44,800 to $56,000.

The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including experience and if applicable, location.
