Chief Financial Officer

*About us* The Dolsen Companies is a well established, diverse Yakima area company.
We are actively searching for a Chief Financial Officer to join our management team and provide financial leadership throughout our company.
*Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management regarding financial decisions, investments, and risk management.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions opportunities, conducting due diligence and financial analysis to support decision-making.
*Qualifications:* - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role (Min of 5 years exp), preferably as a CFO or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Background in public accounting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range is $200,000.
