Job summary: Responsible for the smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic
Expectations:
Manages all Nurses and activities in the facility
Attend Clinical Meeting
Stand up Meeting
Receive report from each team Group Huddle discuss showers
Follow up on tasks given at clinic meeting
Medicare assessments
Follow up on Labs and X rays
Follow up on pharmacy needs
Follow up on Faxes
Makes sure that medications and supplies are in stock
Assist with in-services
Remind Floor nurses to reorder meds Tues/Thurs including Narcs
Monthly out date audit
Destroy Narcs on Fridays
Risk Management investigation
Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating
Promotes patients’ independence by establishing patient care goals,
Maintains safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures
Requirements to join the team:
Valid state RN/LPN License
Charge Nurse experience
Organizational and Multitasking skills
BLS Certification
