Job Summary: Klickitat Valley Health is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with previous hospital experience to join our dynamic and dedicated Pharmacy team.
This position offers 40 hours a week.
The Pharmacy is staffed Monday through Friday 9 am-7 pm and Saturday 9 am-2 pm.

KVH offers emergency and acute inpatient care and a full scope of ancillary services including General Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory, Respiratory Therapy, PT / OT, Behavioral Health, Dental, Pain Management, Optometry and Hospice.
The hospital also owns a busy, well-established primary clinic that is located on the hospital campus.
Inpatient care is managed by 24/7 Hospitalist staff.

These services are age-appropriate, for neonates, pediatric patients, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, performed when needed through direct contact with the patient, and/or in-direct association with or in support of health care providers.
The Pharmacist Integrates the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes.
Performs all duties in a manner which aligns with the department and organizational mission, vision, and values of Klickitat Valley Health.
