Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the pick-up and delivery of container deliveries to ensure timely service.
Transports materials over a short distance.
(No more than 200mi)
Import containers arrive in rail yard and must be transported to our facility.
Maintains DOT travel logs according to federal and state regulations such as a pre- and post-trip safety report, 7day/60-hour log, fuel trip logs and fuel cards.
Other duties as assigned by your manager.
Required Credentials:
1+ years verifiable tractor/trailer experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Communication skills with dispatch.
Have a valid CDL Class A driver's license.
