CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Haven Home Health is looking for compassionate and experienced CNA's to provide *in home *services in accordance with an established care plan.
Position: *Full Time or Part Time* Nights - EVERY SATURDAY And PRN Days - 12s - 6a - 6p Hourly *$20 /HR* *CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Responsibilities* * Provide health care services in patients residence * Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital(if needed) * Administer simple prescribed medications * Assist with clients personal care activities * Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition * Maintain patients care records and document provided services * Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises * Collect routine specimens * Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support *CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - Requirements/Skills* * *CNA license in the state of Washington* * Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience * Good Communication and Problem Solving skills * Valid Drivers license/Auto Insurance with clean driving record * Valid CPR Card \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ *Must apply with resume to be considered* *\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_* *\*\**Ensuring your privacy is important to us at Haven Home Health Care.
