0 _, Shift: Tuesday-Friday _, Schedule: 7:00am-5:30pm_ Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred Position Summary The Dosimetrist is responsible for planning calculating, and verifying the prescribed radiation treatment plans and dosages administered to patients.
This position works with and provides advanced assistance to the radiation oncologist in treatment planning.
This is an advanced level technical position working under limited supervision.
Internal contacts are primarily within the work group.
External contacts include physicians and patients.
Requirements Graduate of a medical dosimetrist program recognized by the American Assoc.
of Medical Dosimetrists OR Graduate of an accredited program in radiation therapy and one year of on-the-job training as a medical radiation dosimetrist OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one year of on-the-job training in medical radiation dosimetry under the supervision of a medical physicist or radiation oncologist Minimum two (2) years of work experience performing dosimetry Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness.

The starting pay for this position is $59.
45 and the pay scale is $59.
45 - $81.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
