We provide several types of contracted transportation with wheelchair accessible vans, buses or sedans.
Our services include non-emergency medical transportation, ADA paratransit, fixed route transportation, shuttle and commuting.
The Role: As a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth coordination of transportation services for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include: Answer incoming calls.
Assist callers in a positive and helpful manner.
Assign incoming trips to the appropriate, most efficient driver.
Determine billing and eligibility of clients needing to set up transportation.
Communicate with clients and drivers in a professional, friendly, clear, and efficient manner.
Review schedules and comment accordingly through the checklists provided.
Respond to driver’s texts promptly – no longer than 2-minute average wait time.
Resolve all driver issues.
Review all vital information with staff before handing it off.
Communicate and coordinate with the Fleet Manager regarding vehicle services/repairs.
Monitor the reservation inbox, as well as broker portals to ensure trips have been entered in a timely manner.
Be able to find coverage and reassign trips when callout happens.
Work with minimal supervision, once trained.
