Weekend Baylor Shift (32 Hours)
16 hours Saturday and 16 hours Sunday (Day/Eve)
$7,500 Welcome Bonus (FT):
As an LPN/RN, you are essential to quality resident care.
Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.
:
You will:
* Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
* Train staff and report to the director of nursing
* Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
* Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
* Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
* Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations
* Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
You Currently:
* Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing
* Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare.
