0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Days with Variable Flexibility Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred Position Summary The Training Environment Specialist/Educator has responsibilities in systems, application and training support.
This position is key in supporting the mission and values of Education Services regarding quality, service and process improvements.
She/he is responsible for the management and oversight of training environment build and updates; creates and executes overall vision of Epic education training environments for education services.
The position uses up to date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered, and often acts as a subject matter expert in the technical/functional area of the content.
Develops and implements strategies and education to support quality initiatives, process improvement and best practice methods.
Consistently evaluates education materials and curriculum to ensure alignment with changing workflows, processes and policies.
Work situations are a combination of intermediate to complex analytical, clinical, and administrative responsibilities, and require independent decision-making, problem solving, leadership, systems analysis, customer service skills, organization, public speaking skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Internal contacts require establishing rapport and working relationships with all levels of staff and management.
External contacts include vendor personnel and outside professional and healthcare organizations.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, business or healthcare OR an equivalent combination of additional qualifying work experience and technical certification or training that demonstrates competency may be substituted for education Epic certification in any application Epic Training Environment Builder certification preferred; If not certified, applicant agrees to complete certification within six (6) months of employment Clinical/Financial/Technical license or certification (RN, MT, RRT, CPA, MCSE, OCP, etc.

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position.
The pay scale is $61,214.
40 - $85,696.
00 USD.
However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
